A Bit About Me

I’m Anisha, a qualified yoga and pilates instructor based in London.

After many attempts at the gym and fast paced classes, I quickly realised, that type of exercise was not suited to my body. After my first pilates class, I fell in love and I knew immediately that was the type of movement I wanted to pursue.

I had a month before my new corporate job started and decided to take my yoga teacher training course. After that, I immediately started teaching yoga, left the corporate life and trained in both barre and pilates.

My classes are creative, dynamic with a focus on stretches to improve flexibility, core strength to lengthen, and sculpt the body combined with breathwork. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to learn, continuously challenge yourself and build strength for both mind and body.

I love teaching vinyasa style yoga - the fluidity really sparks my creativity in those moments! I also know it’s important to slow down and I love a slow deep stretch class that allows you to really tune in and nurture your body. If you come to my classes, music plays a big part in the whole experience!

For me personally, yoga provided me with mind body control, pilates improved my core strength and teaching gave me pure joy, inner peace and a feeling of the utmost gratitude!

She is brilliant advert for yoga for posture, shape and can achieve all the difficult postures. She is very experienced and verbally uses all the Sanskrit names when practising every posture. Her classes are so popular, there’s nearly always a waiting list to get on to her class. She is very dedicated, hard working and can teach at all levels. She has now extended her qualifications to pilates over the last 6 months. Always punctual, would highly recommend Anisha.

She has a way of reading the room’s energy and adapts accordingly, always giving variations and

inversions for mixed group of flexibility and strength.

I really enjoy Anisha's varied yoga classes. She offers a good mix of poses and a well structured flow sequences. Offer modifications for all different levels and abilities. I especially like it when she challenges me, makes me more determined to crack the pose. I can honestly say in the last 4 years doing her classes I have definitely built up my strength and increased my flexibility through yoga which has helped me immensely in order to keep up with my aerial fitness training of 2 years. She is a great instructor and is well informed and I would thoroughly recommend her classes.

Anisha teaches me Yoga, Pilates, and Stretch & Relaxation classes. She provides clear instructions and a logical approach to postures that might initially seem complicated. She always gives an easier or harder option depending on an individual’s ability to ensure they get the most out of her class.

A 4 day yoga retreat designed to rejuvenate both mind and body in Ibiza.

Guests can expect daily yoga sessions, including both dynamic and slower practices, tailored to all levels against the backdrop of Ibiza’s highest mountain Sa Talaia. A focus on building strength, improving flexibility and mobility, deep relaxation and stress relief.

Guests will also receive personalised 1:1 sessions centered on either stretching or tips to conquer inversions! In addition, there will be guided hikes, beach walks and nourishing food so you can take time for your personal wellbeing and truly relax, restore and reset!

Yoga classes will take place in the morning and evening, focussing on different aspects from dynamic and creative flows, to slow and deep stretching sessions highlighting the importance of breath work.

All levels are welcome and modifications and adjustments will be provided if comfortable.
