A Bit About Me
I had a month before my new corporate job started and decided to take my yoga teacher training course. After that, I immediately started teaching yoga, left the corporate life and trained in both barre and pilates.
My classes are creative, dynamic with a focus on stretches to improve flexibility, core strength to lengthen, and sculpt the body combined with breathwork. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to learn, continuously challenge yourself and build strength for both mind and body.
I love teaching vinyasa style yoga - the fluidity really sparks my creativity in those moments! I also know it’s important to slow down and I love a slow deep stretch class that allows you to really tune in and nurture your body. If you come to my classes, music plays a big part in the whole experience!
For me personally, yoga provided me with mind body control, pilates improved my core strength and teaching gave me pure joy, inner peace and a feeling of the utmost gratitude!

She has the ability to bring a sense of discipline and create an inclusive environment. Through her unique teaching style, she is able to channel a great energy and I always leave her classes feeling rejuvenated.
She has a way of reading the room’s energy and adapts accordingly, always giving variations and
inversions for mixed group of flexibility and strength.
She has deep knowledge of yoga and this crafts her flexibility in teaching her classes. I feel invigorated, energised
and peaceful after her classes. Even when I’m exhausted or not in the mood, I’m so glad when I’ve been to her class.
Since attending Anisha’s class, my posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness has greatly improved, and most importantly it has benefited my overall wellbeing.
Anisha is an excellent Yoga Instructor who genuinely cares about helping people, and I always look forward to her class!

A 4 day yoga retreat designed to rejuvenate both mind and body in Ibiza.
Guests can expect daily yoga sessions, including both dynamic and slower practices, tailored to all levels against the backdrop of Ibiza’s highest mountain Sa Talaia. A focus on building strength, improving flexibility and mobility, deep relaxation and stress relief.
Guests will also receive personalised 1:1 sessions centered on either stretching or tips to conquer inversions! In addition, there will be guided hikes, beach walks and nourishing food so you can take time for your personal wellbeing and truly relax, restore and reset!
All levels are welcome and modifications and adjustments will be provided if comfortable.
